What “8K Ultrasound” actually is
“8K ultrasound” is the marketing name for an AI-enhanced photorealistic photo created from your 3D or 4D ultrasound scan. The scan itself is captured by your studio at standard resolution — the “8K” version is generated afterwards by software, reconstructing your baby’s skin, eyes, hair and lighting to look like a real photograph.
Most studios sell 8K as a $25–$40 add-on with a 1–5 day turnaround, processing one scan at a time. We do the same enhancement in about 2 minutes for $14.99, working from any 3D or 4D scan you already have.
